Starting January 1, 2025, TEXTOM services will transition to memberships. We would like to provide detailed information about this change.

✅What’s Changing with the Memberships?

From 2025, the previous capacity-based model will be replaced by a Memberships system. With this change, users will gain access to Korean, Chinese, and English services simultaneously, along with sentiment analysis functionality.

✅What Are the Membership Tiers and Pricing?

TEXTOM memberships are divided into three tiers: Light, Basic, and Premium. Users can choose from monthly subscriptions or long-term plans for 6 or 12 months.

✅Membership Plans

✔Light (10MB)

Recommended for beginners in text mining or for conducting lightweight analyses, such as market research.

✔Basic (30MB)

The main function matrix generation and network analysis is suitable for testing.

✔Premium (100MB)

Provides advanced features such as sentiment analysis and QAP hypothesis testing, recommended for in-depth research and analysis.

▶Additional Capacity Options

Extra capacity can be purchased per MB to ensure smooth analysis without capacity concerns.

▶Data Retention

Your analysis data will be stored on our server for a certain period after your subscription ends. If you resubscribe within this period, you can access your saved data.

✅Usage Guide by Membership Tier

✔Light: Suitable for trend analysis on a single keyword.

(*On average, a keyword requires 3–5MB of capacity. With 10MB, approximately 1–2 reports can be created.)

✔Basic: Perfect for writing papers and research materials requiring network analysis.

(*For papers, keywords may require up to 300–400MB of capacity.)

✔Premium: Designed for advanced analysis and research material preparation.

(*For papers, keywords may require up to 300–400MB of capacity.)
