To provide a more stable and reliable service, TEXTOM will be conducting a relocation of its data center as detailed below.

(※ Website access will remain available, but core functions such as data collection and analysis will not be accessible.)

■ Service Suspension Details

💡 Period  : August 4 (Mon) 00:00 – August 8 (Fri) 23:59 (Total of 5 days

💡 Work Scope : Relocation of the TEXTOM data center (IDC)

💡 Affected Features : All functions, including data collection, cleansing, analysis, and storage, will be temporarily suspended

•  Please make sure to download and process any necessary data before the suspension period begins.

•  We will not be responsible for any inconveniences caused by failure to review this notice in advance.

•  Please ensure you check the details and prepare accordingly to avoid any disruption.

■ Automatic Membership Extension

💡 To minimize the inconvenience during the service restriction period, all membership plans will be automatically extended by 5 days. No action is required.
